At Project Tote, donations are extremely appreciated. Our primary mission is to make sustainable alternatives accessible to everyone, regardless of origins. To honor that mission, I have tried to price all products affordably, however that choice comes with its trade-offs.

Some of you may know, handmade bags, especially embroidered ones, take an immense amount of time to craft. Due to this, materials, labor, and production are not fully covered by the price of the bags. However, donations are what make it possible to keep prices low, keep giving, and keep reaching communities that need it most.

Whether you buy or you donate, you are not just supporting a product, you are supporting the belief that sustainability should not be a privilege.

Every contribution directly supports Project Tote's ability to operate and grow. Each dollar you give goes directly towards materials, the distribution of bags in under-resourced communities, and Dane County’s local sustainability foundation.
